Forest Revelations

Living in the Berkshires on the Edge of a deep forest, I explore the forest nearly every day with my dog, Lily.  While she leaps and snuffles, chasing every scent, I unfold my stool, pull out my paints and pen, and record in words and images the forest’s revelations. These paintings accompany essays, Illuminating the Hidden Forest, published weekly in The Berkshire Edge, a newspaper in Western Massachusetts.
